Well, it's been a while hasn't it? I've had a bad habit lately of getting on the computer with every intention of blogging, but then I end of up reading all my friend's blogs and by the time I do that, the window of time I had available to blog is over! Like I said, I don't really have an excuse...
So, most of you all know that I use my blog as Cohen's scrapbook. It's where I try to put pictures and stories that I don't want to forget 20 years from now. So, here are a few cute things Cohen has done over the past couple of weeks that I don't want to forget....
- The other day I was helping him learn to count, or at least I thought I was the one helping him... I was counting "1...2...3...4..." and then Cohen piped up and yelled, "5!" Hmmm... I guess he didn't need my help.
- I usually have another mom that takes Cohen back to our house when he gets out of preschool at 2:00, and then I get home around 5:00. The other day her kiddos were sick, so he stayed and "helped" mommy at work when he was done at preschool. He was out playing with all the toys in our receptionist area and after a long perioed of quietness, he walks in my office holding his butt and says, "i poopy". This was the first time it's bothered him that he went to the bathroom in his pants. He usually has no problem hanging out with a dirty diaper.
- One of the perks of working in the same building where Cohen goes to preschool is that I get to go to all his class parties, take pictures of him in his class with friends all the time, and stick my head in and watch him whenever I want. This week the fire truck came to visit. If you'll notice, he's one of the smallest kids in the class. I got him into the preschool earlier than he was supposed to because I wanted him to be with me at the church, so he is almost an entire year younger than most of the other kids in the class.
Cohen says, "bye bye" to the firetruck.
